The Hobart AM16-BAS-4 Standard 17 Inch Opening High Temp Sanitizing Door Style Dishwasher Single Tank 480 Volts 3 Phase features a Sense-A-Temp booster heater (70 degree F rise) that will wash up to 60 racks of dishes, glassware, or utensils per hour and it is NSF rated for pots and pans as well. This dishwasher can be installed as a straight-through or corner unit.
This Standard chamber model has a 17" door opening with a 5-sided insulated hood. The machine operates at 0.67 gallons of water per rack with X-shaped revolving, interchangeable upper and lower anti-clogging wash arms, and a 10 1/2 gallon wash tank.
There are user-friendly smart touchscreen that feature integrated diagnostics for less downtime and onboard WiFi connectivity that works with Hobart's free downloadable SmartConnect app and cloud to communicate and monitor machine status, temperature logs, error code reporting, and cost, consumption and usage analysis.
The unit has 4 timed cycles available (1, 2, 4, or 6 minutes) and it is NSF pot and pan rated for the 2, 4, and 6-minute cycles. There is a stainless steel drawn tank on this door-type commercial dishwasher and the tank shelf, chamber, trim panels, frame and feet are all stainless steel.
