30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn or unused
- In original packaging and with all original tags still attached
- Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at sales@kvmtools.com so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products (e.g., special orders)
- Personal care products (e.g., beauty items)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
To ensure you get the item you want, please return the original product for a refund and then place a new order for the replacement item. We cannot process direct exchanges.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 30 days for any reason, no justification required. The item must be in the same condition you received it, with all tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of whether your return has been approved. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
